I literally could not put it down. I started it in the morning and just kept on going until I finished it that evening. The plot was excellent, the characters were developed just enough to make it interesting without getting in the way of the fast-moving story.I have been a fan of Jay Brandon for some time, I don't know how I missed this one.

i bought this book by accident and found an author who wrote several books that I want to read. Tripwire is one of those books you can't put down; a well written story with magnetic characters. Great read!
A very engrossing thriller/mystery. I am sorry I had never heard of Jay Brandon before discovering his works on Unlimited. This book led me to several of his other works and I have not been disappointed in any so far. I highly recommend it. It is certainly "dated" by the time period of the post-Vietnam era but that does not take away from the quality of the work or genuiness of the emotions any more than it would be considered a drawback for aDickens classic to be "stuck" in the mid-nineteenth century. I recommend this highly.
Fast moving action.
Well written book by an ex DA that probes the system and accurately describes its workings. Moves along with some local San Antonio color.
I read Deadbolt first and loved the book.This one is even better.Jay Brandon has a very well written example of a mystery thriller.
Jay Brandon never lets his readers down! I've read everything he's published and I truly believe this is his best work yet! Great book!!!!!
